Cork discontinued its Sunday brunch last month, but the Chandler restaurant will bring it back this weekend for Mother’s Day.
The a la carte menu will be offered 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
The Mother’s Day menu will feature 17 items, a combination of some old favorites and a few newcomers, including:
- Red velvet pancakes with mascarpone crème, citrus-scented syrup and razz cherries ($15)
- Italian-style omelet with Black Forest ham, wild mushrooms, chives and goat cheese, breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit salad ($16)
- Green chili pork tostada with Anasazi bean puree, pico de gallo, Cotija cheese, two over-easy eggs ($18, pictured above)
- Roasted prime rib with potato purée, baby carrots, jus lié and horseradish sauce ($24)
A children’s menu also will be available.
