It’s a bit last-minute notice, but chefs Jared Lupin for DownUnder Wines & Bistro and John Wong from sN Asian Kitchen are teaming up for a four-course wine dinner Wednesday at DownUnder:
- 1st course: BLT red pepper vinaigrette salad (with Ramsay Chardonnay)
- 2nd course: Wasabi cheese and summer sausage charcuterie (with Ramsay Merlot)
- 3rd course: Grilled mahi with select veggies (with Glory Days Cabernet Sauvignon)
- Dessert: Tropical S’mores with brownie (with Ramsay Petite Syrah)
