SanTan burgers for Craft Beer Week

SanTan Brewing Chandler AZSanTan Brewing celebrates American Craft Beer Week with a different burger special every day this week:

  • Today: Short Rib Burger ($12.75): Beef short rib with morel mushroom and pearl onion ragout on French bread served with waffle fries. Suggested beer pairing: Epicenter.
  • Tuesday: Elk Burger ($12.75): Ground elk with heirloom tmatoes, grilled Mexican opnions and manzano chile relish on a telera roll with jalapeno Caesar side salad. Recommended beer pairing: Devl’s Ale.
  • Wednesday: Smoked Marlin Burger ($10.75): Ground smoked marlin topped with habanero jack cheese and nopales pico de gallo on a telera roll served with chips and salsa. Recommended beer pairing: Negro Nitron.
  • Thursday: Pilgrim’s Turkey Burger ($10.25): Ground turkey with sweet poato puree, cranberry compote and turkey gravy on grilled multi-grain bread with crinkle-cut fries smothered in gravy. Recommended beer pairing: Gordo Stout.
  • Friday: Vietnamese Burger ($10.25): Spiced ground pork topped with pickled daikon and carrots, cucumber, jalapeno and cilantro on a crispy baguette with pork liver paté spread and siracha mayonnaise. Served with fries. Recommended beer pairing: Devil’s Ale.
  • Saturday: French Onion Burger ($10.75): Minced onion infused ground beef topped with gruyere cheese caramelized onions set on toasted French bread with garlic herb pomme frites. Recommended beer pairing: Gordo Stout.
  • Sunday: Buffalo Burger ($12.25): Grond buffalo topped with red chule rattlesnake beans and longhorn Colby cheese on sourdough Kaiser roll served with Fritos corn chips. Recommended beer pairing: Epicenter.
