I’ve never seen a ranking of the most popular bartenders in the East Valley, but there’s a good chance Gavin Rutledge would top such a list. He’s been a fixture at Tempe’s Casey Moore’s, where the bartender/manager/partner has performed his famous handstands on the bar for more than 28 years. But no more: Rutledge left Casey Moore’s last week in a dispute with the other partners. He’s currently working at D’Vine Chandler (pictured above) while looking for his own restaurant and bar.
