On Saturday, SanTan Brewing hosts its fourth annual Hawaiian Luau, which will feature a pig roast and island music starting at 11 a.m. and running all day at the downtown Chandler brewery. A special menu also will include lomi salmon, macaroni salad and haupia, a traditional luau dessert. The guest of honor will be Mr. Pineapple, SanTan’s popular summer seasonal that debuted at the 2010 luau.
