If you’ve ever wanted to learn the basics of sushi, here’s your chance. Ra Sushi will hold a Sushi 101 class from 11:30 a.m. t0 1:30 p.m. Sunday at its downtown Tempe location. The interactive class will cover the history of sushi and teach participants the art of sushi rolling. The $35 cost includes a non-alcoholic beverage, miso soup, edamame, two maki (rolls), two pieces of nigiri, a sushi rolling mat to take home, and a voucher good for a complimentary lunch on a return visit.
