Romeo’s Choice Skins – Italian sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms covered in melted provolone and served with yogurt dressing – will be one of five menu items featured at this week’s “Taste of Romeo’s Euro Cafe” dinner.
The other four courses: Broiled Chicken Salad, Stuffed Shells Spinachi, Chicken Astoria, and Fantasy Cake.
The private dinners, held every Thursday at the downtown Gilbert eatery, are hosted by owner/chef Romeo Taus and his wife, Janice. Cost is $25 per person, and you can add wine pairings for another $8.
