Handlebar to offer 3-course Oskar Blues tapas & tasting special Thursday

Handlebar Pub & Grill is offering a Tapas & Tasting special featuring beers by Colorado brewery Oskar Blues on Thursday.

The menu and beer pairings:

• 1st course: Watermelon salad (feta, spring greens, rainbow carrots & heirloom tomato tartare). With Mama’s Lil Yella Pils
• 2nd course: Arroz con pollo (corn tostada, braised chicken & pico de gallo). With Deviant Dales.
• 3rd course: Niman Ranch N.Y. strip with sticky mushrooms (N.Y. strip, Asian mushrooms, fried parsnip, seasonal veggie & brioche). With G’Knight Imperial Red.

This is not a group dinner. It’s simply a special available after 6 p.m. Thursday to the first 25 people who sign up.
