My Wine Cellar & Bistro will host its second-ever beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30. The five-course menu will pair craft beers with chef Sarah Baer’s food.
Beer dinner menu
- Reception: Lost Coast Great White Ale (served with Chef Sarah’s Amuse Bouche)
- First:Â Alaskan Amber Ale paired with tostones topped with tomato, avocado & shrimp
- Second: Dale’s Pale Ale paired with a mixed greens salad with orange, biscuit croutons and citrus vinaigrette
- Entrée: Bell’s Two Hearted Ale paired with lacquered short rib, potato gratin, roasted carrots and pan sauce
- Dessert:Â Breckenridge Vanilla Porter paired with mini doughnuts with berry compote and vanilla anglaise
