Aug. 30: Beer dinner at My Wine Cellar

My Wine Cellar Ahwatukee AZMy Wine Cellar & Bistro will host its second-ever beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30. The five-course menu will pair craft beers with chef Sarah Baer’s food.

Beer dinner menu

  • Reception:  Lost Coast Great White Ale (served with Chef Sarah’s Amuse Bouche)
  • First:  Alaskan Amber Ale paired with tostones topped with tomato, avocado & shrimp
  • Second:  Dale’s Pale Ale paired with a mixed greens salad with orange, biscuit croutons and citrus vinaigrette
  • Entrée:  Bell’s Two Hearted Ale paired with lacquered short rib, potato gratin, roasted carrots and pan sauce
  • Dessert:  Breckenridge Vanilla Porter paired with mini doughnuts with berry compote and vanilla anglaise
