More than 20 breweries will participate in the Beat the Heat Winter Beer Fest next weekend at The Venue in Scottsdale.
The festival runs 5-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, and 1-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25.
Breweries will include out-of-staters like Firestone Walker, Odell, and Left Coast, as well as locals like SanTan, Sleepy Dog, and Phoenix Ale (see full list).
Tickets are $25 online and $30 at door, and are good for 20 pours.
There also will be food and live music.
Proceeds will go to the “Children In Need Foundation” through the Phoenix 20-30 Club.
