If you missed Monday’s Green Flash Brewing promo at Flanny’s, you get another chance today when the San Diego brewery will be giving away free glassware at the Handlebar.
The event starts at 6 p.m. at the Apache Junction craft beer bar, which features $3 pints all day Tuesdays.
Handlebar also will host a New Belgium beer dinner – three courses paired with three beers – at 7 p.m. Thursday. Cost is $30 per person. RSVP: 480-982-2091.
New Belgium beer dinner menu
- First course: One Windmill Farm salad with heirllom tomatoes, sheep’s milk feta, roasted red pepper tapenade, sel gris, and farm-fresh vegetables, paired with New Belgium Trippel
- Second course: Mary Chicken roulade with wild mushroom risotto, spinach, walnuts, and goat cheese, paired with New Belgium Belgo IPA
- Third course: Braised tender pro belly with white beans, arugula, ovenpdried tomatoes, and pine nuts, paired with New Belgium Abbey
