Newly relaunched First Round Draft to hold wing-eating contest Sept. 6

The newly remodeled and relaunched First Round Draft in Gilbert will hold a Wing Mania chicken-wing-eating contest at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6.

Ten contestants will have three minutes to eat as may wings as possible. The winner will get $50.

Former Arizona Cardinals Michael Bankston and Kwamie Lassiter will judge the contest. The pair also will pose for photos with fans after being inducted into First Round Draft’s new Hometown Heroes Club after the contest.

Patrons can enjoy 49-cent wings and happy hour specials all day.
