The Spot, an eight-month-old eatery on the northeast corner of Higley and Ray in Gilbert, used the holiday weekend to test a new breakfast menu.
The menu officially will be launched this Saturday and be available every day.
Highlights include The Hangover, a combo of steak, sausage, onions, peppers, and cheese on Texas toast and topped with gravy and eggs ($8.95); Spot Style French, sweet cinnamon bread dipped in buttermilk batter ($7.95); and the Breakfast Flat Bread, topped with sausage, bacon, eggs, onions, and mozzarella ($8.45).
The menu (see it here) also includes four different scrambles ($7.95-$8.45) also available as burritos (same prices), a kids menu, and fresh pastries and cinnamon rolls.
Starting this Saturday, The Spot will be open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
