My Wine Cellar in Ahwatukee will host a four-course wine dinner featuring Oregon’s Domaine Drouhin Vineyards on Thursday, Oct. 11.

- Reception: Rully (white) served with amuse bouche
- 1st course: Cote de Beane paired with arugula salad with peaches, prosciutto, shaved Gruyere and balsamic
- 2nd course: Arthur Chardonnay paired with pan-seared scallops, melted leeks, bacon, smoked potato sauce, and herbs
- Entree: Pinot (Oregon) paired with osso bucco with mushroom and truffle risotto, roasted brussels sprouts, and pan jus
- Dessert: Saint Veran (Chardonnay) paired with chocolate-salted caramel cake, marshmallow and berry sorbet
