Good news for Chicago Bears and Cubs fans: Goose Island beers are coming to the Valley.
The well-known Chicago brewery has been selling a few of its limited-release beers in bottles in western states for the past couple years.
Now, according to local distributor Hensley, some of the brewery’s most popular beers soon will be hitting taps Valleywide in a two-stage rollout.
From Goose Island’s “classic” line, look for Honkers Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, Nut Brown, Summertime (Kolsch), Harvest Ale (ESB), Mild Winter, and Christmas Ale.
From its “vintage”offerings, expect to see Sofie (saison), Matilda (Belgian ale), Pepe Nero (Belgian farmhouse), and Pere Jacques (Belgian strong).
