Friday: Tappings at Whole Foods, Trophy’s

A couple of beer events Friday to help you ease into the weekend:

At 4 p.m., Trophy’s in Queen Creek will tap a cask of unfiltered Firestone Walker Union Jack IPA. Also on tap will be the Paso Robles, Calif., brewery’s Parabola, Double DBA, Double Jack, Union Jack, Pale 31, Oaktoberfest, DBA, and Velvet Merlin.

At 7 p.m., the Friday Beer Class at Whole Foods Chandler will be replaced by tappings of The Meddler, a barrel-aged Oud Bruin (“Old Brown”) ale from Odell, and Bitches Brew, an imperial stout from Dogfish Head.
