The Watering Hole craft beer bar at Whole Foods Chandler is holding a couple of beer events this week:
At 6 p.m. today, there will be a release party for Barking Squirrel, a lager by Hop City Brewing. The Ontari, Canada, brewery is just beginning to distribute its beer in Arizona. The brewmaster will be on hand to sign swag.
At 7 p.m. Friday, the weekly Friday Beer Class will spotlight Lagunitas Brewing. The Petaluma, Calif., brewery will have several beers to sample. The informal 21-and-over class is $5.
