Ra Sushi is holding another of its occasional sushi classes this weekend. This one – which will cover sushi rolling and sake pairing – will be 11:30 p.m. Sunday at the Tempe location.
For $35 (not counting tax & tip), you get sushi rolling lessons, a non-alcoholic beverage, miso soup, edamame, two maki (rolls), two pieces of nigiri, a sushi rolling mat, plus a voucher good for a complimentary lunch on a return visit. For an extra $5, you can add a sake pairing flight.
