Chef Off 4, a series of culinary competitions between East Valley chefs, continues at 6:30 p.m. Monday at DownUnder Wines in Gilbert. DU chef Jared Lupin, winner of last month’s Chef Off 3, battles mystery chef Sean Donwen.
