Cork brings back some of its all-time favorite dishes – including its risotto trio, lobster bisque, and aged Widmer’s mac ‘n’ cheese – from 5-9 p.m. Sunday for its monthly prix fixe tasting menu.
The south Chandler fine-dining restaurant, now in its fifth year, typically changes its menu every three months to keep dishes seasonally fresh.

The last Sunday of every month, Cork offers a themed four-course menu for $35. Last month it was Native American.
This month’s throwback menu is slightly more expensive ($45) because of its decadence. You can add three wine pairings for an extra $15.
