Thursday is Il Vinaio‘s fourth annual Meatfest, an all-you-can-eat feast of carnivore delights. The spread will include ostrich medallions Bernasie, live crawfish boil, slow-roasted duck legs, grilled kangaroo brats, braised short ribs, garlic snow crab clusters, and herb-roasted prime rib au jus.
Do your colon a favor and add at least a little fiber with sides of roasted potatoes, hot & sweet carrots, green beans almondine, cranberry rhubarb chutney, roasted spaghetti squash, and candied yams.
Due to this special event, the downtown Mesa restaurant will not be serving its regular dinner menu.
Meatfest, which costs $48 per person, includes a glass of wine or pint of beer. Seating is limited. RSVP: 480-649-6476.
