This week’s ‘Taste of Romeo’s Euro Cafe’ dinner on Thursday

Roasted eggplant salad (pictured) will be among the five dishes featured at this week’s “Taste of Romeo’s Euro Cafe” dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

The salad is made with roasted eggplant, red peppers, Kalamata olives, green chiles, carrots, garbanzos, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Romano parmesan, and romaine lettuce.

The other menu items this Thursday: Asparagus Puffs, Stuffed Shells Spinachi, Salmon La Scala, and Fantasy Cake.

The weekly dinner, hosted by owner/chef Romeo Taus and his wife, Janice, is limited to 10 people. Cost is just $25. You can add five wine tastes for an additional $8.
