Please welcome MXSW’s newest supporter: Brooklyn Eddie’s Subs. This eatery is fairly new, having opened on the northwest corner of Cooper and Elliot in Gilbert at the end of August.
The Brooklyn-style deli serves hot and cold subs, as well as some hot entrees like linguine with meatballs, sausage with peppers and onions, and chicken parmesan.
Housemade sides include red potato salad, macaroni salad, and three-bean salad. For dessert, there’s Brooklyn crumb cake, New York-style cheesecake, and black and white cookies.
