Whole Foods ‘Beer Class’ explores Sierra Nevada specialties tonight

Sierra Nevada specialty beers are the subject of tonight’s Friday Beer Class at Whole Foods Chandler, which starts at 7 p.m.

Among the beers on tap will be two from the Chicao, Calif., brewery’s Ovila Abbey Ales series – Barrel Aged Dubbel and Barrel Aged Quad.

Also look for Sierra Nevada’s North Hemisphere Harvest, Southern Hemisphere Harvest, Celebration Ale, and Porter.

The informal class/tasting is $5.
