Spurs Saloon is the latest restaurant to take over the former Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant building on Alma School Road between Elliot and Warner roads in Chandler. In the past three years, the 8,000-square-foot location also has housed Kiley’s Grill and Mama’s Place.
