Gordon Biersch will tap its annual limited-release Maibock lager with special parties at 5:30 p.m. today at its Tempe location and 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at its Gilbert location.
The parties are free and open to the public. You’ll be able to taste the beer, as well as samples of new seasonal menu items available through May 12.
The new items are an Asian ribs appetizer, a white chocolate mousse lemon cake, and four entrees – grilled swordfish, crunchy tilapia, parmesan-encrusted chicken, and a Superfood Salad (kale, blueberries, almonds, craisins, and feta).
