Today is National Empanada Day, and TQLA in Mesa is offering an off-meu plate of the stuffed pastries for $8.25 all week. The Dana Park restaurant’s version is filled with chorizo and a red chile sauce and topped with Mexican créme and Nopales salsa. The deal runs through Sunday.
