Ahwatukee wine bar and bistro My Wine Cellar will host a Deschutes beer dinner on Thursday, April 25. pairing four of the Bend, Ore., brewery’s ales with chef Sarah Baer’s food.
Deschutes beer dinner menu
- Reception: Amuse bouche (paired with River Ale blonde)
- First course: Mixed greens salad with bacon, apple, almond, and apple cider vinaigrette (Red Chair seasonal Northwest pale ale)
- Entree: Fish and chips with malt vinegar aioli (Mirror Pond pale ale)
- Dessert: Orange panna cotta with coriander brittle (Chainbreaker white IPA)
The dinner will be held on the patio, weather permitting, and start at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $38++ per person. Seating is limited. RSVP: 480-598-9463.
