Pajamas & Pancakes event in Gilbert on Sunday to benefit autism research

Pajamas & Pancakes, a fundraiser for the ASU Autism/Asperger’s Research Program, will take place 4-8 p.m. Sunday at My AZ Kitchen in Gilbert.

Attendees will enjoy pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage with a choice of coffee or orange juice for a suggested donation of $5 ($2 for children under 12). Gluten-free and casein-free options will be available.

A mini farmers market will feature vendors like Aunt Ninny’s Cookies, Miss Anita’s Pies, Hayden Flour Mill, Peanut Butter Americano, and LJ’s Gourmet Popcorn.

Activities will include a bread-making class, face painting, and T-shirt design. Anyone dressed in pajamas will win a door prize.
