Four Riazul tequilas personally chosen by company founder Inaki Orozco will be used in cocktail pairings for a four-course dinner Wednesday at TQLA in Mesa.
Riaszul tequila dinner menu
- First course: Seared ahi tuna with pickled ginger and wasabi
- Second course: Spicy crabcake salad with tequila red wine vinaigrette and chipotle mayo
- Third course: Ancho lamb chops with red mashed potato and chimichuri (pictured)
- Fourth course: Creme brûlée with fresh berries and cinnamon tortillas
