TQLA to host 4-course pairing dinner with Riazul tequila on Wednesday

Mesa, AZFour Riazul tequilas personally chosen by company founder Inaki Orozco will be used in cocktail pairings for a four-course dinner Wednesday at TQLA in Mesa.

  • First course: Seared ahi tuna with pickled ginger and wasabi
  • Second course: Spicy crabcake salad with tequila red wine vinaigrette and chipotle mayo
  • Third course: Ancho lamb chops with red mashed potato and chimichuri (pictured)
  • Fourth course: Creme brûlée with fresh berries and cinnamon tortillas

The dinner starts at 7 p.m. Cost is just $55 plus tax and gratuity. RSVP: 480-813-8752.
