Four Peaks brings its latest beer dinner aboard Desert Belle on Thursday

Four Peaks Brewing is taking its next beer dinner on the road. Or, more specifically, on the water.

The Tempe brewery is teaming up with The Desert Belle, the Saguaro Lake cruise boat, for a five-course beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

The Desert Belle, which has been offering Saguaro Lake tours since 1964, is a 143-passenger, two-level boat with an air-conditioned section, two restrooms, and a snack bar.

Desert Belle Beer Dinner Menu

• First course: Sweet potato crostini paired with 8th Street Ale.
• Second course: Lemon cucumber salmon paired with Sunbru
• Third course: Bayou jambalaya paired with Hop Knot IPA
• Fourth course: Angus New York strip loin paired with Kilt Lifter
• Fifth course: Warm peach cobbler a la mode paired with Arizona Peach Ale
