Salad and Go unveils 1st seasonal salad: Roasted peach and asparagus

Gilbert, AZSalad and Go, the Gilbert gourmet salad drive-through restaurant that opened in February, has introduced its first seasonal salad.

The Roasted Peach and Asparagus Salad is made with  roasted peaches, roasted asparagus, and goat cheese topped with a goat cheese and peach compote crostini on baby kale, romaine, and radicchio.

The salad was created by Bourbon Steak executive chef Daniel Patino and nutritionist Dr. Leah Collier.

Besides the seasonal salad, Salad and Go offers 10 premium salads, all $5.50, on its regular menu.
