Flancer’s Mother’s Day specials: Fig & prosciutto bruschetta, salmon pasta

Gilbert, AZFlancer’s has unveiled its Mother’s Day menu specials for this Sunday.

Great Fig in the Sky Bruschetta is made with warm Flancer’s bread topped with figs, crumbled goat cheese, prosciutto, and marinated roma tomatoes and drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction. ($8.75)

For an entree, grilled salmon will be served over whole wheat penne pasta tossed in olive oil, fresh spinach, marinated roma tomatoes, roasted balsamic beets, red onion  and chimichurri. It’ll be topped off with a touch of parmesan and fresh basil ($14).

For dessert, there’ll be lemon crème brulee served with fresh berries ($6).

A blue crab ceviche appetizer (pictured) also will be available at the Gilbert location.
