Two Arizona breweries – Four Peaks from Tempe and Grand Canyon from Williams – were among the gold-medal winners in the competition part of third annual Ameri-Can Canned Craft Beer Festival.
More than 170 beers – about 60 more than last year – representing 10 states were taste-tested by more than 40 certified beer judges.
The public portion of the beer festival takes place this Saturday at the Scottsdale Civic Center. Attendees can sample all the beers – medalist and non-medalist – from 1-6 p.m.
