Flancer’s will host a four-course Four Peaks beer dinner Wednesday, June 5, at its Mesa location.
Four Peaks beer dinner menu
- 1st course: Parmesan-sage polenta with prosciutto-wrapped, herbed-goat-cheese-stuffed shrimp (paired with Sunbru Kölsch)
- 2nd course: Cilantro-lime chicken tostada with iceberg lettuce, roma tomatoes, avocado, smashed pinto beans, queso fresca, and chipotle cream (Hefeweizen)
- 3rd course: Mesquite-smoked pork tenderloin with red chile beer blanc, rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes, and pesto baked roma tomato (Kiltlifter)
- Dessert: Raspberry-peach strudel with prickly pear ice cream and warm honey-cinnamon drizzle (Arizona Peach)
