Tuesday Dish: Flancers-Four Peaks dinner, Taco Tuesday, Wedge & Bottle

You only have one more day to make a reservation for the four-course Four Peaks beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Flancer’s in Mesa.

Beer dinner menu

  • 1st course: Parmesan-sage polenta with prosciutto-wrapped, herbed-goat-cheese-stuffed shrimp (paired with Sunbru Kölsch)
  • 2nd course: Cilantro-lime chicken tostada with iceberg lettuce, roma tomatoes, avocado, smashed pinto beans, queso fresca, and chipotle cream (Hefeweizen)
  • 3rd course: Mesquite-smoked pork tenderloin with red chile beer blanc, rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes, and pesto baked roma tomato (Kiltlifter)
  • Dessert: Raspberry-peach strudel with prickly pear ice cream and warm honey-cinnamon drizzle (Arizona Peach)
