Want to learn more about wine? My Wine Cellar in Ahwatukee is starting another four-week series of its Wine 101 classes this weekend. The classes run 1-2:30 p.m. Saturdays.

Besides learning about wine, participants will get to taste four wines in each class. The wines will be paired with small food bites from chef Sarah Baer.

Wine 101 is designed so people can attend individual classes, which will focus on a specific varietal, or the entire series. Classes are $25 apiece, or $80 for the series.

For those who are more knowledgeable about wine, a four-week Wine 201 series begins July 1. RSVP: 480-598-9463.
