Iguana Mack’s to host 4-course Sierra Nevada beer dinner June 19

Looking for a cool gift idea for Dad? Iguana Mack’s in Chandler will host a four-course Sierra Nevada beer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19.

Sierra Nevada beer dinner menu:

• Spicy shrimp and crab bruschetta (paired with Summerfest pilsner)
• Fig salad with prosciutto, micro greens, golden raisins, feta, croutons, and a prosciutto vinaigrette (Kellerweis hefeweizen)
• Ricotta-and-spinach-stuffed pork tenderloin with fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus (Torpedo pale ale)
• Cinnamon apple cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream (Bigfoot barleywine)
