Too many beers, too few hours in a day. Especially today, when there are three don’t-miss craft beer events going head-to-head-to-head. I thought we didn’t have to deal with conundrums like this once Arizona Beer Week was over…

From noon-close, World of Beer will host “Deschutes on da Taps,” which will include the Bend, Ore., brewery’s limited-release Fresh Squeezed IPA, Armory experimental pale ale, an aged version of its Jubelale 2012 winter seasonal, a rare nitro version of its Red Chair winter seasonal, Black Butte 25th Anniversary barrel-aged imperial porter, and more.

From 6:30-8:30 p.m., the Third Thursday Tap Takeover at Flanny’s will turn its monthly spotlight on Durango, Colo., brewery Ska. Highlights of the 17-beer lineup will include Decadent imperial IPA, Nefarious Ten Pin imperial porter, True Blonde Dubbel, Hibernal Vinifera Stout, Vernal Minthe Stout, and special-release Pocket Protector vanilla porter.

From 6-8 p.m., Papago Brewing will have 10 beers on tap from Orange County’s The Breury. They include summer seasonals Trade Winds golden ale and Saison de Lente, and specialties Tart of Darkness sour stout, White Oak wheatwine/strong ale blend and Sour in the Rye. Also, Golden Rings, the latest of its “12 Days of Christmas” winter seasonals.
