Chef Payton Curry tells Republic dining critic Howard Seftel that he and partner Dave Andrea are scouting locations in Gilbert and Chandler.

Brat Haus opened last July 2 in the original Oregano’s site on Scottsdale Road. The menu features housemade, grilled sausages and 28 craft beers on tap.
