The Fourth of July is less than a week away, and Wedge & Bottle is getting patriotic with an American artisan cheese plate Saturday.

- Hoja Santa-wrapped goat cheese (pictured) from The Mozzarella Company in Texas
- White cheddar infused with local Vermont ale from Vermont Farmstead Creamery
- Port Chester sharp cheese from 5 Spoke Creamery in New York
- Owl Creek Tomme aged sheep’s milk cheese from Kokoborrego Cheese Company in Ohio
- Rogue River blue cheese wrapped in syrah grape leaves dipped in pear brandy from Rogue Creamery in Oregon
The $20 plates also include bread, Virginia Chutney’s spicy plum chutney, and California kalamata olives. They can be eaten in the shop from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. or boxed to go.
