Il Vinaio to host 4-course Grapes vs. Grain dinner July 13

If you missed last week’s Grapes & Grains dinner at Vintage 95 in downtown Chandler, you’re in luck. Il Vinaio in downtown Mesa will host a similar dinner – featuring four courses of food, each paired with a beer and wine – Saturday, July 13.

Grapes vs. Grains menu:

• First course: Seafood margarita with Cruz de Piedre “El Libre” Torrontes and Mexican Logger
• Second course: Hawaiian pork belly skewer with Buehler Chardonnay and SanTan Mr. Pineapple
• Third course: Asian shortribs with ginger rice with Pierre Henri Morel Cotes du Rhone and SanTan Negro Nitron
• Fourth course: Cherry rum cake with Hahn “Boneshaker” Zinfandel and Ska Mynthe
