Valley restaurants announce fundraisers for families of fallen firefighters

Valley restaurants are stepping up to help the families of the fallen Granite Mountain Hotshots Crew.

Today, Spinato’s Pizzeria is donating $1 from every large pizza sold at its five locations to a fund for the families of the victims.

Boulders of Broadway in Tempe will donate $1 for every Four Peaks beer sold and half the price of every pizza sold after 4 p.m. today.

Sleepy Dog Pub & Bistro in Gilbert will donate 20 percent of all sales today.

On Saturday, Nando’s Mexican Cafe will donate 20 percent of food sales at all three locations.

On Monday, Fate Brewing in Scottsdale will donate all proceeds from that day’s sales of food and beer.
