On Saturday, Pittsburgh Willy’s will be accepting donations of dog food for the Good Dog Food Bank, a local non-profit group that helps financially struggling families keep their dogs.
Drop off a bag of dry dog food or cans of wet food and receive a free hot dog from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Chandler hot dog shop is located in the Merchants Square market on Arizona Avenue, a quarter-mile south of Warner.
Last summer, a similar dog food drive at Pittsburgh Willy’s collected 2,000 pounds of dry dog food and 100-plus cans for several shelters.
