Spicy puttanesca (pictured) will be one of the five featured dishes at this week’s “Taste of Romeo’s Euro Cafe†dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The dinners, hosted by chef Romeo Taus and his wife, Janice, highlight a rotating selection from the
