The date and location have been set for the next Chef Off!, an ongoing series of friendly culinary competitions between East Valley chefs. The next installment will be held Monday, Aug. 26, at Zappone’s Italian Bistro.
John Wong of sN Asian Kitchen will face Sal Zappone of Zappone’s in a battle of “French semi-classic cuisine.” Diners will enjoy seven dishes, along with three wine pairings, and cast secret votes for the winner.
