Has The Original Flame Burger Factory flamed out? The Chandler fast-casual restaurant closed its doors a couple of weeks ago for “remodeling,” according to a notice on its door.

This week, though, there still are no signs of any remodeling work. The restaurant, which has no website, hasn’t updated its Facebook page in months. Some of its outside signage has collapsed.

Flame Burger opened in August 2011 on the northwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Warner Road. It featured a fast-food-type menu of burgers, hot dogs, and gyros, although burgers were made from Niman Ranch beef and cooked to order.
