Aloha! ‘Hot Hawaiian Nights’ debuts tonight at The Sushi Room in Chandler

Take a mini-vacation to the Islands tonight when The Sushi Room in Chandler launches a new promotion, “Hot Hawaiian Nights,” featuring a special menu of Island dishes and cocktail specials.

Hot Hawaiian Nights menu:

• Steamed edamame ($2)
• Boiled peanuts ($2)
• Kalua Pork Sliders (three for $6)
• Char Siu chicken: Chinese flavored BBQ chicken ($7)
• Kimchi fried rice with Kalbi beef: Korean BBQ beef short ribs ($8)
• Loco moco: Rice topped with hamburger patty, fried egg, and gravy ($9)
• Laulau plate: Pork wraped in taro leaf ($13)Poke special ($15)
• Malasadas: Portuguese doughnuts (seven for $4)

The food menu will be available starting at 4 p.m. Drink specials will include $5 Mai Tais, $5-$7 POG (passionfruit-orange-guava) cocktails, and $3 Heineken bottles.

At 7, Kush Country will play feel-good Island music. If successful, “Hot Hawaiian Nights will return on the last Wednesday of each month.
