Chandler fine-dining restaurant Cork returns from its annual summer hiatus tonight and will unveil chef Brian Peterson’s new fall menu.
Appetizer highlights include a Baja Crab Fritter with sweet corn, Peruvian pepper, and avocado, and Confit Pork Belly with pretzel bread, Dijon, and frisée.
New entrees include Dry Aged Strip Loin with cheddar polenta, mushrooms, green beans, and cabernet, and Sable Fish with farro berries, okra, sea beans, and butternut squash.
Cork is open 5-10 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
