We finally have a date: Arizona Wilderness Brewing, Gilbert’s first brewery, is scheduled to open Monday, Sept. 2.
The announcement was made at the end of last night’s premiere of “The American Dream in a Pint Glass,” a documentary about Wilderness’ 18-month opening process, at Wild Side Grill.
The outdoors-themed brewery, which also will serve food, is located on the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Guadalupe.
